Computer Systems

All of our new computer systems come with a 5 Year Limited Hardware only "Return to Base" Warranty.

1st year, manufacturers parts & labour. 2nd/3rd/4th/5th year labour only.

Customers are advised to ensure product/software compatibility before purchasing,

as systems are not sold on a "Trial Basis".

Computer systems cannot be returned or any refunds given on grounds of incompatibility

or software related problems.

Guarantee Conditions:

The guarantee given by PCFOOD is subject to the following "Terms & Conditions":

All systems must be free from any defects in materials and workmanship for a minimum period of 12 months.

Any alterations and/or upgrades/repairs must be carried out by PCFOOD during the 5 year warranty period.*

PCFOOD cannot be held liable for any defects arising from wilful damage, negligence, abnormal

working conditions, misuse or any alterations and/or upgrades/repairs carried out by the customer

or third parties* and/or accidental damage caused by the customer or a third party.
*Unless "Third Party" Authorisation is given by PCFOOD in advance of any work

All computer systems are shipped within 7 Working Days as they are all built to order to ensure the

most up to date components are used
