Delivery is charged based on total weight of the items ordered. On small lightweight orders we use Royal Mail. Large, heavy, or orders which cost more than £6.00 to post out, will be dispatched via a fully insured courier, rather than Royal mail, if Royal Mail is selected then we will normally upgrade you to courier on these larger heavier orders. Please ensure you select the correct delivery method and area i.e UK Mainland, N. Ireland etc. when selecting courier delivery.

Courier Delivery ~ If you aren't in on the delivery day then the item will be returned to the local depot and a card will be put through your door. You will be able to either re-arrange delivery or collect in person from the depot within 5 days. If the items can't be delivered and you can't collect or re-arrange then the goods will be returned to us, and a charge of £7 plus the cost of re-delivery will be charged if you wish for the goods still to be sent. This additional cost is the cost we are charged for sending the items back to us. Deliveries are only made on standard business days mon-fri.

Delivery is usually within 3 working days but normally 95% next day, subject to stock. Should there be any delay in your order, we will contact you as soon as is reasonably practical to advise you of the delay, and will offer the opportunity to cancel your order should it not be acceptable by you.

Any non- uk mainland orders will be sent via airmail, unless previously arranged by email.

Delivery costs, are automatically calculated as you add items to your basket, so you can see the cost before completing the checkout stage.

All Diabloskinz orders are shipped Royal Mail and usually take 2-3 days for delivery as they are printed to order.
