Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.

Sage Pay uses a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.

Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.

Sage Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.

In addition, you know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see https:// in the web address, and/or when you see the locked padlock symbol alongside the URL.

Right to cancel your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, simply e.mail us with your request within 7 days and we will process a full refund. If the goods have already been dispatched, we reserve the right not to process the refund until we receive the products back to the registered address. In this case, delivery costs are covered at the expense of the customer.
Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery.
To cancel a contract, please write your returns number on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. Please email us at sales@pcfood.co.uk to tell us that you are returning goods and to receive your returns number.

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered them to you in error.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing)

Refund policy.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, simply return the product to us at our registered address within 14 working days, unopened for the purpose of ink cartridges, or in a resalable condition for all other products, and we will gladly refund your money on receipt of the product. If the product should be faulty, please e.mail us, and we will either arrange for a replacement to be delivered, or we will refund your money on receipt of the faulty product. Delivery of replacement products, or products to be returned to us, will be at PC Food's expense, if proved to be faulty. Please feel free to e.mail us with any concerns.

Delivery information.

Delivery is usually within 5 working days, however PC Food cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery. Diabloskinz orders are printed to order and take 2-3 days for delivery.
            
Data Protection notice.

We will not use any personel details for any purpose other than to monitor and improve the service which we provide for you. We will not disclose your personal details to any 3rd party, and do not personally hold your credit card details. All our transactions are processed via NOCHEX, GOOGLE  CHECKOUT and PAYPAL and SAGEPAY all of which provide us with a secure server, in order to complete payment details. Always ensure when reaching the payment section, you can see the padlock at the bottom left of your screen- indicating that you have entered a secure part of the site. If you pay by credit card via our secure server it will appear as JMG Retail as this is credit card holding account.
