Placing an order.
When you place an order with us, we will check the price and availability by the next working day, and will notify you as soon as possible with any delay in dispatch. We reserve the right to change the price of the products at anytime. If the product is out of stock, incorrectly priced or described, PC Food is not obliged to fulfill the order, and will refund any monies paid.
If you are under 18 years of age, please do not place an order with us. We will be pleased to accept an order from your parent/guardian.
Right to cancel your order.
If you wish to cancel your order, simply e.mail us with your request within 7 days and we will process a full refund. If the goods have already been dispatched, we reserve the right not to process the refund until we receive the products back to the registered address. In this case, delivery costs are covered at the expense of the customer. Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery. To cancel a contract, please write your returns number on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. Please email us at sales@pcfood.co.uk to tell us that you are returning goods and to receive your returns number. The return address is: 29 Pannett, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 8TX. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered them to you in error. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing)
Refund policy.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, simply return the product to us at our registered address within 14 working days, unopened for the purpose of ink cartridges, or in a resalable condition for all other products, and we will gladly refund your money on receipt of the product. If the product should be faulty, please e.mail us, and we will either arrange for a replacement to be delivered, or we will refund your money on receipt of the faulty product. Delivery of replacement products, or products to be returned to us, will be at PC Food's expense, if proved to be faulty. Please feel free to e.mail us with any concerns.

Delivery is usually within 5 working days, however PC Food cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.
